k666 Terms and Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the k666 platform — including the website at k666.life, any associated mobile-optimised pages, and all games, betting markets and services offered therein — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them unconditionally.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and k666. Continuing to use k666 after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

When registering your k666 account you agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information including your real name, valid mobile number and correct date of birth. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

• Your account username and password are your personal responsibility. Do not share them with anyone.
• k666 will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any other channel. Any communication claiming to do so should be reported to support immediately.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact k666 support immediately.
• k666 is not liable for losses resulting from you sharing your login credentials with another person.

k666 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time if it believes the account was registered with false information, is being used in violation of these Terms, or poses a risk to the security or integrity of the platform.

Welcome Bonus: New players who make their first deposit are eligible for k666's welcome bonus. The bonus amount and percentage are stated on the registration and deposit pages at the time of your first deposit. The welcome bonus is available to new accounts only — one per person, per household, per device, and per payment method.

Wagering Requirements: All bonuses — including the welcome bonus, cashback credits and tournament prizes — are subject to wagering requirements before the bonus balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. Bets placed on certain game types may contribute differently to wagering requirements — for example, Baccarat Tie bets and Ludo side bets may contribute at a reduced rate.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must be wagered the required number of times first.

General gaming rules that apply across all k666 products include:

• All bets placed are final once confirmed. k666 cannot reverse a confirmed bet except in cases of a demonstrated technical error on k666's part.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game that prevents a fair result from being determined, k666 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the player's account.

• Account Sharing: Allowing another person to access or use your k666 account, or accessing another person's account.

In cases of voluntary account closure, players should contact k666 support and request closure. Any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method within 5–7 business days.

In cases of involuntary closure due to a Terms violation, k666 may withhold some or all of the account balance depending on the nature and severity of the breach. k666 will communicate the reason for the closure in writing to the email address on file.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the k666 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You are not permitted to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or publicly display any content from k666 without prior written permission
• Use the k666 brand name or logo in any marketing, social media or other public-facing context without written authorisation
• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of any k666 software
• Create derivative works based on k666 content or branding

• Network failures, internet outages or connectivity issues on your end
• Losses arising from your decision to gamble — all gambling involves risk and k666 cannot be held responsible for outcomes that are inherently the result of chance

In any case where k666 is found liable to you, the maximum liability of k666 shall not exceed the total net deposits you have made to your account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits k666's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by k666's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

k666 reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. For material changes — those that significantly affect your rights or obligations as a player — k666 will send a notification to the email address registered on your account at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of k666 after a change to the Terms takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated version. If you do not accept the changes, you should cease using k666 and request account closure before the changes take effect.
